We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented accounts manager to manage the financial operations and reporting processes of our tourism business.

Job Profile: Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

Monitor and reconcile all financial transactions related to client bookings, refunds, and cancellations.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management.
Analyze revenue, expenditure trends, and profitability of various business verticals.
Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies with clients and suppliers.
Ensure adherence to tax laws, GST filings, and international transaction regulations applicable in the tourism industry.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in the tourism or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of travel-related financial workflows (e.g., invoicing, vendor payments, refunds).

Location: Goa

Salary: 5LPA to 7LPA
