At the far end of the Pacific, New Zealand is a country blessed with nature like very few on this planet. The 12 days that we travel through the country, include 8 days on the beautiful South Island where you skydive in Queenstown and drive down on Catlins coast, where you sip some of its best wine and enjoy bite of the just plucked apples. Booking Procedure

Step 1 -  Advance of INR 60,000 + NZD 1600 + 5% GST + TCS (as applicable) together with a copy of your Passport and Pan Card at the time of booking.
Step 2 - The 1st instalment of NZD 2000 is 90 days before the tour departure date.
Step 3 - The balance payment of INR and NZD + 5% GST + TCS (as applicable) and the visa fee must be paid at least 45 days before the tour departure.

Cancellation Policies

Under any circumstances other than government or flight restrictions, the following charges will be considered cancellation fees.
**90 - 60 days before the tour departure / before the visa issuance, 100% of the Advance and first instalment.
59 – 45 days before the tour departure / after the visa issuance, 50% of the tour cost.
Less than 45 days until tour departure 100% of the total tour cost.
**This clause is applicable even before this period if the flight tickets are blocked / issued.

Note for Solo Travellers:
In the event of us not being able to find a partner for you, we shall bear half of your single supplement cost.

  • Mumbai - Auckland

    Arrive in Auckland and check in the hotel. Later visit the iconic Sky Tower which provides a great introduction to the city with panoramic 360 degree views up to 80km in every direction. Take an elevator ride 328 metres high above street level and enjoy views over the city and across to ancient volcanoes, sparkling harbours and beyond. Overnight in Auckland.

  • Auckland – Waitomo Caves – Rotorua

    In the morning we will drive to Waitomo and go for Waitomo Glowworm Caves Guided Tour experience the beautiful glow worm caves. In the evening, arrive to our hotel in Rotorua, the thermal capital of New Zealand, where the scent of Sulphur is evident in the air.

  • Rotorua

    After breakfast, we will proceed to do a half day city tour of the thermal capital. We will visit the Agrodome tour for a one-hour performance seeing nineteen sheep breeds introduced onto the stage, the art of sheep shearing, sheepdog demonstrations. We will also visit Te Ra Geothermal Reserve to view the boiling mudpools and cascading Pohutu geyser and see local Maori carvers’ in action.

  • Rotorua – Lake Taupo – Wellington

    After an early breakfast we will check out for a road journey through the length of the North Island. The highlight of this trip would be a stop at the largest fresh water lake in the country, Lake Taupo, after which we will continue with our drive to the capital Wellington. After a short city tour, we will check in to the hotel.

  • Wellington – Picton - Christchurch

    In the morning, we will transfer to Wellington Ferry Terminal to board ferry from Wellington to Picton. Later travel south through the towns of Blenheim and Kaikoura before turning inland and travelling through North Canterbury to reach the ‘Garden City’ of Christchurch. Check in to our hotel.

  • Christchurch – Queenstown-Te Anau

    In the morning go for a city tour which includes Canterbury University, Riccarton House and Bush, Hagley Park, Museum and Botanical Gardens. Visit the International Antarctic Centre where we discover life down on the Ice provided by the New Zealand Antarctic Programme. Enjoy “The Snow & Ice Experience”, in custom-built polar room. Explore the Gallery area and replica Antarctic field camp. Then we take a flight to Queenstown and proceed further to Te Anau.

  • Te Anau – Milford Sound – Te Anau

    In the morning, drive to the breathtaking vista of Milford Sound, the Milford Road delivers a journey which is every bit as impressive as the destination.

  • Te Anau - Queenstown

    After a leisurely breakfast Depart Te Anau for Mossburn, the deer capital of New Zealand. Later, head to Queenstown with its towering mountains and lakeside location. Buzzing with adrenaline it is the hub of the ultimate adventure bucket list with a smorgasbord of outdoor activities

  • Queenstown

    Today we will do a city tour of Queenstown with the stunning views as you ride the Skyline Gondola cable car to the top of Bob’s Peak above Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu for a spectacular 220-degree panorama with breath-taking views. Be transported by Jet boat from downtown Queenstown into the channels of two of New Zealand’s most scenic rivers, the willow lined Kawarau River, and the shallow, fast-moving braids of the Shotover River. The 43-kilometre, hour-long adventure highlights the magnificent diversity of Queenstown’s waterways.

  • Queenstown – Wanaka – Twizel

    Wanaka is a perfect location for those looking for all the splendour of the southern lakes but a more relaxed ambiance than Queenstown. With a mix of bizzare buildings, rooms of illusion and the world famous Great Maze, this attraction is designed to challenge minds of all ages with its themes of wonder and trickery.

  • Twizel - Mt. Cook - Christchurch

    In the morning we will set on a 6-hour drive to Christchurch. In the evening we will reach Christchurch.

  • Christchurch – Mumbai

    Departure & transfer to Christchurch Airport. We will take our flight to Mumbai.

2. PHOTOGRAPH
- Soft Copy, newly clicked, recent photographs, not older than three months, white background, Mat finish, 80% of the face of the area should be covered, ears visible, without specs.

3. ORIGINAL BANK STATEMENT
- From the last 6 months to till current date of the passbook all filed pages are Xerox copies with the first page of the passbook.
- Original Bank stamp & signature are compulsory on each page.
- The closing Balance should be a minimum of INR 6,00,000/- Per Person.
- On A4 size Paper.

4. FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS
- Personal - 3 Years ITR Paper/Form 16. – (23-24, 22-23, 21-22)

5. PROOF OF INVESTMENTS
- Fixed Deposits, Funds, Property Investments, Or Other Investments, Etc. (If Any)

6. EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS

a) If you are employed:
- Pay slips for the last three months,
- Employment Contract,
- Employers’ Statement on approval for holidays (NOC - Leave Sanction letter from applicant’s company).

b) If you are a company owner or self-employed:
- Certificate of registration of the company,
- GST Registration,
- Indian income tax return (ITR) acknowledgment for the last Three assessment years OR Form 16,
- Applicant’s company bank statements for the last 3 months stamped by the bank.

c) If you are retired:
- Pension statements for the last three months,
- Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business and Applicant’s bank statements for the last 3 months stamped by the bank.

d) If you are unemployed
- Applicant’s bank statements for the last 3 months stamped by the bank.

1. If the applicant is Divorced needs a Divorce paper copy.

2. If the applicant Widow/Widower, then the spouse’s death certificate copy.

3. If a person traveling alone sponsor documents are required – If the sponsor is a son/daughter: Financial Documents, working salary slips, Sponsorship Letter & sponsor passport copy.

4. A Marriage Certificate is required if the Spouse's name is not added to the passport.

5. Additional documents for applications of minor applicants:

- The application form and both declarations - have to be signed by both parents
- Birth certificate
- A passport copy (biometric and address page) of the applicant’s mother having custody/guardianship of the applicant.
- A Passport copy (biometric and address page) of the applicant’s father having custody/guardianship of the applicant.
- If one or both parents are not submitting the visa application with the child: a copy of the visa of that parent
- If only one parent submits the application: Proof of single custody of that parent either by submittal of the court ruling or submittal of the death certificate of the deceased parent Or
- (if both parents have shared custody) submittal of written and signed authorization letter of the parent non-present with passport copy (biometric and address page) – both certified by a public notary - If the minor travels alone (without parents), written consent, certified by a public notary, of both parents or guardians having custody or guardianship of the minor;

NOTE:
All documents should be A4 size paper & documents should be clear & visible.
A document photocopy or photo from a mobile device will not be accepted.

VISA PROCESSING TIME: Minimum 25 Working Days (Saturday, Sunday & National Holidays – EMBASSY/CONSULATE/VFS CLOSED)

IMPORTANT: The Embassy reserves the right to request additional information/documentation and, if deemed necessary, to interview the applicant. Applicants applying for a Schengen visa will need to provide biometric data (fingerprints) when applying.

VISA NOTE : 
Our management team will do its best to ensure you acquire your visa in time. Still, we hold no responsibility if your visa application gets rejected or is kept on hold till departure, resulting in the cancellation of your tour due to any unforeseen circumstances.
In this case:
- The tour cost will be non-refundable and cancellation charges will be applicable
- Additional costs for re-application of visa and consulate visits outside Mumbai will be charged
- Additional costs will be charged for changes in the tour itinerary due to visa issues
